Appellant, James Glynn (Glynn), was tried by jury and found guilty of two counts of sexual battery. We affirm the judgment of conviction and the sentence.1

The victim, D.B., was 22 years old at the time of the trial. D.B.'s mother moved in with Glynn at his Tamarac, Florida, home when D.B. was about 12 years old. D.B.'s mother and Glynn married about a year later. D.B. testified...
