Lewis Albert Brooks was found guilty of possession of cocaine with intent to deliver and possession of marijuana with intent to deliver. He received sentences of forty years' imprisonment for the cocaine charge and ten years' imprisonment for the marijuana charge, with the sentences running consecutively.
