BOB DICKENSON, Senior Justice.

After Phillip Leonard Daughtery waived his right to a trial by jury and entered a plea of guilty to aggravated robbery, the trial court heard evidence to support the plea and ordered a presentence investigation. There was no plea bargain agreement. After that investigation and after hearing additional testimony, the court sentenced appellant to confinement for 5 years with credit for 346 days of confinement pending...
