Before the Court now are defendants' motions for summary judgment. Simpson College, defendant, filed its motion on November 15, 2000, and Steven Rose, defendant, filed his motion for partial summary judgment on the same day. Plaintiff replied to both motions on March 7, 2001. Rose then filed a reply brief on March 15, 2001, and Simpson College did likewise on March 19, 2001. Oral argument has been requested, but found unnecessary...
