Gloria Garrett ("Claimant") applied to the Missouri Department of Social Services, Division of Family Services ("the Division") for medical assistance benefits (Medicaid). The Division denied her claim. Claimant asked for judicial review of the Division's decision. The circuit court revised the Division's decision and found in favor of Claimant. We disagree and reverse and remand with directions to the trial court to reinstate the decision...
