Gary Quilling was charged by indictment with one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm and with one count of being a felon in possession of firearm ammunition, both in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). A jury found Mr. Quilling guilty on both counts, and he was sentenced to seventy eight months' imprisonment and three years of supervised release.
