Plaintiffs Kimberly Small, Yvonne Schlotzer, and Ursula Lentz, all former employees of Richard Wolf Medical Instruments Corp. ("Wolf"), brought this suit alleging that Wolf failed to pay them overtime in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA"), 29 U.S.C. § 207.
