This appeal is before this Court on remand from the Texas Supreme Court. Appellants Thomas and Doris Brents (the Brentses) appealed a summary judgment granted in favor of Haynes & Boone, L.L.P., William D. Ratliff III, and G. Dennis Sheehan (collectively, Haynes & Boone), by which the trial court held that the statute of limitations had run on the Brentses' attorney malpractice claim. This Court affirmed...
