¶ 1. NETTESHEIM, J.

Michael and Robin Wendt, the owners of riparian property, appeal from a summary judgment declaring that a lake access easement owned by John H. and Sandra M. Blazek, the owners of nonriparian property, includes the right to maintain and use a pier at the water's edge of the easement.1 We affirm the trial court's summary judgment ruling.
