Terry Peveler pled guilty in 1994 to five counts of illegal drug trafficking and one count of using or carrying a firearm in relation to a drug trafficking crime. After exhausting his direct appeals, Peveler filed a petition under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 to seek relief from his conviction and sentence in the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky...
