This appeal concerns custody of two children, an 11 year old boy and an eight-year-old girl. The father sought designation as domiciliary parent primarily due to the mother's marriage to a convicted felon. He appeals from the trial court's ruling that he failed to carry his burden of proof, as well as its order of an increase in child support. We affirm the portion of the judgment concerning custody.
