Charles Johnson appeals the trial court's granting of a plea to the jurisdiction asserted by United Parcel Service (UPS). In a single point of error, Johnson asserts that it was error to dismiss his workers' compensation appeal because he filed suit against his employer instead of the employer's insurance carrier.
