ALARCON, Circuit Judge:

Appellants Christopher Owens and Cynthia Hutchins appeal from the district court's order dismissing their Title VII action against Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Inc. ("Kaiser") based on the doctrine of res judicata. We affirm because we conclude that the application of the doctrine of res judicata is not barred merely because they did not receive "right to sue" letters...
