Appellant-plaintiff Jonathan Wiederkehr brought the instant lawsuit against appellees-defendants Edwin Brent and Dale Sweatman seeking damages for injuries sustained after Buster, a seven-year-old horse weighing 900 pounds and described as "spirited," reared and fell back on Wiederkehr after he mounted the horse.
