Terrell Lacey (Movant) appeals from the denial of his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief following an evidentiary hearing. The convictions sought to be vacated were for one count of murder in the first degree, three counts of assault in the first degree, and four counts of armed criminal action.
