The issue on appeal is whether appellant's claims for additional workers' compensation benefits are barred by the statute of limitations. The Arkansas Workers' Compensation Commission determined that the statute of limitations did not bar Spencer's claim for additional compensation arising from her September 26, 1991, injury, but it did bar her claim for additional compensation arising from her August 24, 1992...
