Appellant Terry Kim Breaux was convicted of possession of a firearm by an ineligible person in violation of Minn.Stat. § 624.713, subd. 1(b) and subd. 2 (1998). Appellant claims he was prejudiced by a mid-trial in camera hearing held outside his presence.
