Plaintiff, the Oakland County Treasurer, appeals as of right from an order granting summary disposition for defendant in a copy fee dispute under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), M.C.L. § 15.231 et seq.; MSA 4.1801(1) et seq. We affirm.

This case arises from defendant's written FOIA request to the Oakland County Treasurer for an electronic copy of property tax records and delinquent tax records for 1995 through 1997...
