The Student Loan Guarantee Foundation of Arkansas ("SLGF") appeals from the Order of the Bankruptcy Court1 declaring the student loan debt owed to it by Debtor Pauline Victoria Ford to be dischargeable under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(8). For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
