Defendant, Tharon L. Narcisse, was charged by bill of information with simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling, a violation of La. R.S. 14:62.2, being a felon in possession of a firearm (Count 2), a violation of La. R.S. 14:95.1, and possession with intent to distribute marijuana (Count 3), a violation of La. R.S. 40:966(A).
