This appeal and cross-appeal involve the application of gap-time credit, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 2C:44-5(b)(2). A Salem County grand jury returned Indictment No. 92-1-63, charging defendant with second-degree robbery, N.J.S.A. 2C:15-1.
