Willie L. Boyd appeals the district court's judgment affirming the Commissioner's decision to deny him disability benefits. Boyd asserts that the Administrative Law Judge ("ALJ") applied an incorrect legal standard in assessing the extent of Boyd's ability to work, and that the ALJ's decision was unsupported by the evidence. This court finds that the ALJ did apply the correct legal standard, but that the evidence was not sufficient...
