¶ 1. SNYDER, J.

Timothy P. Koenck appeals from the trial court's order denying his motion to dismiss the criminal complaint filed against him. Koenck makes several arguments in support of his claim that charges against him alleging child enticement, in violation of WIS. STAT. § 948.07 (1997-98),1 must be dismissed. We affirm the trial court's order.
