I. INTRODUCTION

Appellant Deborah Kay Baker appeals a jury conviction for her third driving-while-intoxicated (DWI) offense. The trial court assessed punishment at seven years' imprisonment and a $1,000 fine. Appellant first contends that the trial court erred in admitting into evidence her two prior DWI judgments of conviction because she had stipulated to the convictions for jurisdictional purposes.
