This is an appeal by Christopher Wayne Taylor (hereinafter "Appellant") from an October 19, 1999, final order of the Circuit Court of Putnam County granting summary judgment to Barbara Hoffman, Administratrix of the Estate of Barry Jordan Hoffman, deceased (hereinafter "Appellee").
