By bill of information filed August 12, 1999, the defendant was charged with two counts of possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine. At arraignment on August 12, 1999, he entered a not guilty plea. Probable cause was found on September 8, 1999, and a motion to suppress the evidence was denied.
