This is an appeal of the denial of a motion to correct a sentencing error filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800(b). Sylvester Watkins claimed that the sentence imposed by the trial court was not the "lowest permissible sentence" as required by the Criminal Punishment Code found in section 921.0024(2), Florida Statutes (1999), and Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.704(d)(25).
