Hice appeals the entry of summary judgment against him by the Sebastian County Chancery Court in his suit against appellee City of Fort Smith, Arkansas, alleging wrongful termination and seeking an injunction to compel the city to reinstate his employment, to compel remittance of back pay, and for his attorney's fees and costs. The chancery judge stated in his order granting summary judgment that Hice's employment
