Plaintiff, Glenn R. Varner, filed a petition with the district court for review of the decision of the Secretary, Department of Public Safety and Corrections (department). Mr. Varner alleged that he was not guilty of escape and that the sentence of forfeiture of all his good time should be rescinded. The district court affirmed the department's decision.
