This is a breach of contract case in which Plaintiff Karen Stephenson, an Allstate Insurance Agent, asserts that Defendant Allstate Insurance Company has breached its duty of good faith and fair dealing in denying her request to purchase another agent's "book of business." Plaintiff also asserts that Defendant's act of improperly denying her request constitutes tortious interference with a business relationship or expectancy...
