Donna Meeks Wood ("defendant") appeals from the trial court's entry of summary judgment in favor of Debora W. Moore ("plaintiff"). We affirm.

Defendant is the surviving spouse of Walter J. Wood ("decedent"), as well as the administrator of decedent's estate. Plaintiff is the surviving sister of decedent.
