Thomas Wayne Clay was convicted in a bench trial of three counts of possession of a firearm with altered serial numbers, in violation of Code § 18.2-96.1.1 The sole issue on appeal is whether the trial court properly convicted Clay of three separate counts of possession of a firearm with an altered serial number. Finding no error, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.
