Hingham Mutual Fire Insurance Company (Hingham Mutual) appeals from a judgment of the Superior Court concluding that a homeowners' insurance policy provided indemnity coverage for injuries sustained by Tracey J. MacLean (plaintiff) in an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) accident. We affirm.
