Defendant Darryl Davis was convicted of theft of goods valued at more than $100.00 but less than $500.00, LSA-R.S. 14:67.10, and was sentenced on February 4, 2000 to two years of imprisonment at hard labor, with credit for time served. Pursuant to a multiple bill, the defendant was adjudicated a third felony offender, and the trial court sentenced the defendant to serve 15 years at hard labor, with credit for time served as a third felony offender...
