Michael Brian Lueth (Appellant) appeals a Lehigh County Court of Common Pleas order that dismissed his statutory appeal from the one-year suspension of his motor vehicle operating privilege imposed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation, Bureau of Driver Licensing (Department), pursuant to Section 1532(b)(3) of the Vehicle Code, 75 Pa.C.S. § 1532(b)(3).2
