This appeal is from a decision of the Arkansas Workers' Compensation Commission upholding the ruling of the Administrative Law Judge. Appellant argues that the ALJ's refusal to allow appellant's rebuttal testimony during her benefit hearing was an abuse of discretion that amounts to reversible error. We agree.
