This case arises out of a two-vehicle accident on January 10, 1997, in Iberia Parish, in which Defendant, Thomas R. LeBlanc, ran a stop sign. Because of Mr. LeBlanc's action, Plaintiff's vehicle struck Mr. LeBlanc's vehicle.
