Opinion

PER CURIAM.

The petitioner, Ron Johnson, appeals following the denial by the habeas court of his petition for certification to appeal from the dismissal of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. On appeal, the petitioner claims that the habeas court improperly (1) denied his petition for certification to appeal and (2) determined that he was not denied ineffective assistance of counsel. We dismiss the appeal.
