This is an appeal from the trial court's summary judgment in a contract dispute between appellant 4N International, Inc. and appellee Metropolitan Transit Authority. Both parties urge us to follow federal cases interpreting "termination for convenience" clauses in federal contracts, although they disagree as to where that path will lead us.
