On June 8, 2001, these two chapter 13 debtors filed the above-captioned adversary proceeding. Thereafter, both defendants filed a joint answer in response. Although the complaint alleges that bankruptcy subject matter jurisdiction exists, and while the defendants' answer agrees — indeed, both parties asserted that this proceeding was a "core" matter — I had doubts about this court's subject matter jurisdiction...
