Ethel Estell Waltrip and Eric M. Culver appeal a judgment rendered on a jury verdict in their favor and against Bilbon Corporation, also known as National Concrete Products ("Bilbon"). Waltrip and Culver ("appellants") sued Bilbon for injuries allegedly incurred when appellants' vehicle was rear-ended by a "Mack" truck driven by Alex Jeumard, Bilbon's employee. The jury found Jeumard seventy percent negligent and Waltrip thirty...
