OPINION

THORNE, Judge:

¶ 1 Plaintiffs Namvar Taghipour, Danesh Rahemi, M.D., and Jerez, Taghipour and Associates, LLC, appeal from an order dismissing their claims against defendant Mt. Olympus Financial, L.C. (Mt. Olympus). We affirm.
