MEMORANDUM OPINION

HEYBURN, Chief Judge.

Plaintiffs Joe Hickey, Kathleen Hickey and Stephanie Hickey (the "Hickeys") were at their home watching television when the Defendant, City of Louisville police officer John Hayse, entered their home without a warrant and arrested a visitor, Joey Lane. Understandably the Hickeys were shocked and offended. They allege that Hayse violated their Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Amendment rights under the United States Constitution...
