This case is before us on a petition for review of the decision of the Workers' Compensation Board (the Board), reversing the decision of the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ). The ALJ held that the claim of Linda Czarnecki (Czarnecki) against Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Inc.
