On April 29, 1997, Dineah Childs was convicted of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, three counts of conspiracy to commit a pattern of corrupt activity, and two counts of conspiracy to commit aggravated trafficking.

On November 20, 1998, this court reversed Childs's convictions on the corrupt activity counts in the indictment and the conspiracy to commit aggravated trafficking counts. We remanded the matter to the trial court for a further...
