STATEMENT OF THE CASE:

The defendant, Wesley Johnson, was charged by bill of information with distribution of cocaine, La. R.S. 40:967(B), and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, two counts to which he pled not guilty. A co-defendant, Emile Cola, was named on the second count.
