PER CURIAM.

Given a plaintiff who wouldn't or who couldn't go to trial, a Superior Court motion justice ruled that he shouldn't. Consequently, she entered a judgment dismissing his complaint. On appeal, following a prebriefing conference, a single justice of this Court ordered the plaintiffs to show cause why the issues raised in their appeal should not be summarily decided. Because they failed to do so...
