This appeal is by an employer, Enterprise Products Partners, L.L.P. d/b/a Enterprise Products Company (Enterprise), from a decision of the workers' compensation judge (WCJ), awarding claimant, Steven R. Carmean, workers' compensation benefits, medical expenses, penalties, and attorney's fees associated with a disputed claim for an occupational disease. (The WCJ was Hon. Pamela Moses-Laramore of the Office of Workers' Compensation, District 5.)
