Presently before the Court is a Motion for Summary Judgment filed by the Defendants, Lincoln University ("the University"), Dr. Delroy Louden ("Louden") and Dr. Penelope Kinsey ("Kinsey") (collectively referred to as "the Defendants"). The Plaintiff, Dr. Abeba Fekade, filed suit in this Court alleging national origin discrimination and retaliation. The Defendants now seek summary judgment on her claims....
