No. 00-3069.

240 F.3d 652 (2001)

UNITED STATES of America, Plaintiff-Appellee, v. Jerry CRICKON, Defendant-Appellant.

United States Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit.

Decided February 16, 2001.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Stuart J. Chanen (submitted), Office of the U.S. Attorney, Criminal Appellate Division, Chicago, IL, for plaintiff-appellee.

Daniel G. Martin (submitted), Office of the Federal Defender Program, Chicago, IL, for defendant-appellant.

Before CUDAHY, KANNE, and ROVNER, Circuit Judges.

CUDAHY, Circuit Judge.

Sixty-year-old Jerry Crickon was convicted of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and sentenced to a 151-month term of imprisonment. Crickon appeals his sentence, arguing that "his advancing age, debilitated condition, and full and honest cooperation" call for a sentence that is shorter than the one he received. Although we are understanding of his plight, we are constrained to affirm.
